HOW LONG WILL SENSISITY KEEP MY INFORMATION?

We will hold your personal information on our systems until your registration is cancelled.
If you wish to cancel your Website registration, your account will be deleted upon receipt of notification to cancel. One an account is deleted, personal information attaching to that account will not be used or processed by Sensisity, and will be deleted within one month of notification of account cancellation.
Where you contribute to a Website, Sensisity will generally only keep your content for as long as is reasonably required for the purpose(s) for which it was submitted.

WHO COULD HAVE ACCESS MY INFORMATION?
Selected third parties that we work with could have opt in access so we are able put on the events you love and choose to attend. For example, when you register to attend an event we host, we might need to share your information with third party sub-contractors or service providers that help us to put on our events (such as venue or security staff). Data may be shared with any other third party that you have indicated you are happy for us to share your information with for marketing purposes. Data may also be shared with any other third parties where it’s necessary to enforce our legal rights, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our employees or third parties, or where such disclosure is required by law.
